Okay enough ridiculousness. When I walked into Blink Boutique, I immediately gravitated to this pale, gray Joie number. A lot of people might not think of such a muted color for a spring day at the track but I love how this dress let’s your hat (and accessories) do the talking; and this Headcandi piece has a lot to say.

Ann picked out this bright, bold and very fun hat to top off the dress for a day in the Turf Club.
