You guys, I’m coming in strong with some great news on a Friday – the  Gilt.com Designer Outlet is coming back to Louisville for one full month beginning July 10th. Yup, get ready to find that KitchenAid mixer for less than $100 (that happened), designer shoes for less than a pair at Target and lots of other great finds at an even better price (think 90% off retail). 

The Gilt Designer Outlet will be located in Shelbyville Road Plaza – in the old Border’s (or where they always have the Halloween Express) at 4600 Shelbyville Road. 

The outlet will be open to the public from July 10th to August 15th and will house a selection of Gilt’s top designer brands – from men’s and women’s apparel and accessories to home goods, kids goods and more/  There will be thousands of items on sale at the shop. Zac Posen, Vera Wang, Badgley Mischka John Varvatos, Ben Sherman and Missoni are among the top brands that will fill this temporary 26,000 square-foot- brick-and-mortar retail space.

My tip: make sure you stop in at the beginning and then pop back in, as they’ve been know to restock with lots more goodies about halfway in. Last year I got an amazing leather poof for like $40 and the year before, my friend scored a KitchenAid Mixer for $50. I’ve also scored a designer leather jacket for $25 and a pair of Current/Elliot flares for less than $30. There’s lots of great stuff to be found at the outlet so definitely mark in your calendar to stop by!
