The Only Dress You Need This Summer

Jul 5, 2017

Anyone else struggling this morning to get back into a groove after the extended holiday weekend? I’m moving slow and I think I am coming down with something – sounds fun right. I think my body is forcing me to chill the f out after the last couple weeks. Speaking of the last couple weeks, I am going to do a little recap of my trip to Napa in the next week or so. I want to make sure I get it down before I forget anything.

During that trip, I broke this dress out more than once (would have probably worn it almost every day if I hadn’t spilled on it). Then I broke it out again for Fourth of July fireworks on Monday. Truly it is the best summer dress. Lightweight, comfortable, really cute and looks way fancier than it’s $28 price tag would suggest. I love it and have gotten tons of compliments every time I’ve worn it. If you’re thinking about ordering it (or any of the options below), I’d consider sizing down since it runs a little on the looser side.

Normally I’d spend another couple paragraphs sharing what I’ve been up to but I am so out of it that I’m going to wrap it up. But I’d be doing everyone a disservice if I didn’t let you know that Old Navy is running a big sale, tons of stuff (like all the embroidered options below) is on sale, plus you can save an extra 20% off today. AND… J.Crew has 30% off everything – including these sunglasses which I love love love – with code HOORAY. I’m eyeing this top and these shoes. Alright, back to avoiding the serious struggle.
