First off, I am so happy it’s Friday. This week has been a lot of fun but it has been busy.
Last night, my mom came in town and treated us to an amazing dinner at 610 Magnolia (p.s. – if you’re a TV junkie like me and/or you watch Top Chef – it’s Edward Lee’s restaurant). It was delicious and one of the most fun culinary experiences ever. I felt like such a foodie (for a quick moment). If you want to see me geeking out meeting Chef Lee, you can check out a couple pics from the night on Instagram.
Moving on, I’m not usually a big flower kinda girl but when I saw these pants at Gap – I just knew I had to have them. Not sure what it was but I loved the print and color and immediately made them mine. Combined with a couple coupons, it was easy to jump on the floral bandwagon. I’m looking forward to pairing them with sandals and simple tank tops for summer but for I’m wearing them with simple basics that can be layered up or down depending on the weather.
I’m looking forward to a fun St. Patty’s day weekend with lots of green beer celebrations and basketball (aka my favorite things) with friends and family. What are you all up to this weekend?
Floral Skimmers: Gap (on sale now for 30% off with code GAPFRIENDS); Gray baseball tee: Gap; Vest: Old Navy (old but similar here); Mint Bow Flats: Melody – Sole Society; Necklace: Dandelion Boutique; Cross-body bag: Coach (old); Sunglasses: LOFT
p.s. – if you’re not sure about trying to pants look, Gap has a button-down, dress and shorts in this print too. I kinda love the shorts.

Love the mix of girly and tomboy with the flowers and the army vest and baseball tee. And those mint flats are SO cute!
I’ve heard amazing things about 610 Magnolia…lucky girl! Enjoy your birthday weekend!!
