Outfit Post: Flower Power

Jul 25, 2013

So one day it’s so hot I’m wondering if I may melt into the pavement and the next it feels like a brisk early fall day – not really sure what’s going this July.

That’s where the return of the jean jacket comes in handy. Perfect for throwing on the last couple mornings when it’s slightly chilly and for warming up in the freezer that is otherwise known as my office.

I also wanted to break out my flower pants again since I’ve been wearing them pretty regularly this summer but they haven’t gotten any play on the blog since back in the spring. The crazy amount of color in the pants makes it easy to find tops to pair with them. This may be a little too much pastel-palooza for some but it’s pretty standard for me.

Make sure to get over and enter the Fantas-Eyes giveaway where you can snag yourself a pair of these flowery sunglasses (check out the sides) or whatever pair suits your fancy.
