Outfit Post: Spring Stripes

Coming atcha today from Disney World. We’re only one day in and I’m exhausted but having the best time. More importantly, the little guy is loving it but still freaking the &%*# out whenever he spots a character.

I just realized that I never posted these pics after taking them late last year. I think by the time I remembered them originally, there was snow on the ground so it seemed a little silly to share. But now that spring is on the horizon (wishful thinking, I know), they fit the bill. Mostly because they combine all things that are good for me: blue on blue on blue, stripes and separates. All things that I’m a big time sucker for. I grabbed this skirt at ZARA after deciding I was ready to give the midi skirt trend a try. Needless to say, I’m anxious to get back into it post-baby.

I’m doing my best French impression with this look (whether or not it’s successful is still TBD) but I love the classic combo for transitioning into spring. You know you’ve got the building blocks in your closet – so get after it.

Sorry for the lack of stylish mom posts but my internet here has been a little shaky and since I need to do some editing to make those happen, I needed to save it for a later day.
