One of my favorite features that I’ve let fall by the wayside is my weekly link round-ups. I can’t guarantee that I’ll get back to doing them every single weekend but I’m gonna try.

Rainy weekends are kind of my favorite especially after hectic weeks. Last night I finally got to see Gone Girl and it definitely didn’t disappoint. So good. And you don’t need to have read the book to appreciate it. If you haven’t seen it yet, go. Rosamund Pike is the definition of crazy beautiful.

For the rest of the weekend, I’m looking forward to catching up on some shows, tackling a crazy massive laundry pile and dodging raindrops at a pumpkin patch (D3 wants to make a Mike Wazowski pumpkin). Exciting stuff, huh? Yeah real life is so glamorous. Happy Weekend Friends!

* Yesterday I finally got around to updating my events page and I’ve added a few that local gals will want to check out. One even involves playing bingo for designer handbags. Yup, you read that right.

* All of the sales are happening this weekend. I am restraining myself to stay strong with my no spend goal for this month. But that doesn’t mean I can’t pretend shop. So in my imaginary shopping cart is this pastel pink coat from Piperlime (save 20% with code FALL20) and this boots + jeans combo from Madewell (Get 30% off with code OHFALL or just pop in the store and save).

* My gal Grace {A Southern Drawl} looks all grown up in this tweed number. She crushes a casual look but personally I love a great work ‘fit and the jacket she’s rocking is both classy and super cute.

* I fell in love with Thirsty Hearts Design when I rocked this tee but I became officially obsessed after ordering this ‘Apple of My Eye’ print. Can’t wait to hang it up in D3’s room. Now I’m trying to narrow down my next purchase.

* I’m loving hats lately (clearly) so I couldn’t get enough of this edition of the Atlanta Style Series. Love all gals in this link-up so be sure to check out all their blogs. My only question: is it cool enough to rock wool hats in Atlanta yet?

* Do you follow District Sparkle on Instagram? If not, you need to. Meaghan is super witty, has great style and a REALLY cute dog. She’s also relatable (read: not all peonies, coffee and expensive shoes).

* This Caprese Pizza that Lexi {Glitter, Inc} made has my mouth watering. And the recipe looks easy. Add it to the list.

* If you’re looking to brighten up your Pinterest feed, make sure you’re following Mrs. Lilien (chances are you already are or if not, that you’ve pinned one of her bright, fun images before). Seriously, she’s pinning all things that are good – cocktails, pretty clothes, holiday fun, party planning, cute stuff for kiddos, travel lust, I could go on.

* Last but not least, in case you missed it, do me a proper and check out Monday’s post. Wasn’t sure how I felt about rocking a hat on the blog (well, a non-Derby hat) but now I think it’s one of my favorite looks I’ve ever shared. Thinking about wearing it again this weekend.
