My love of polka dots knows no bounds. Seriously, I am obsessed.

So when I got the assignment on my next Target Style post and saw polka dots, I was pumped to check out the polka dot goodies. To my surprise, what I found wasn’t just dresses and button downs but lots of unexpected polka dot items.

My absolute favorite is the red polka dot anorak. Rainy days can be the worst (unless you’re getting to spend the day snuggled up on the couch) so a fun, bright rain jacket can make a gray day a little bit brighter. And you can wear it with jeans and a tee or over a work outfit and still look polished.

I’m also a little obsessed with this long sleeve tee. I’m always on the hunt for good slouchy tees and I love the subtle polka dot details on this one. I would be great dressed up with a bright pencil skirt and a sparkly necklace or just thrown on with boyfriend jeans and flats.

The best part about these is individually they can add just a pop of polka dot to your look. I know not everyone is as gung-ho about dots as me (case in point) so adding a little touch, like the wallet or scarf, is an easy way to incorporate them into your look.
