Topped in Leopard + $1,000 Nordstrom Giveaway!

Why am I so bad at blogging? I feel bad about it and then vow to get better, only to fail again miserably. I’m making a PROMISE in STONE to blog everyday this week. It’s going to happen. Mark my words. Seriously, I’m gonna do it. If I write it enough times, it will come true right?

I’m also about to get it together for the holidays. The 50 Under $50 gift guide will be back and I will get a full holiday shop together so you have lots of gift giving inspiration. Plus I’ll be sharing about any Louisville holiday events I hear about. Anything else you’re interested in – drop me a note in the comments or DM me on Instagram.

So today I’m working from home because Blake (that elusive third kid who rarely makes an appearance on social media) is sick. This is going to totally kill my productivity plans but it may help in my quest to finish Stranger Things. Has anyone else finished it? I mean, I know the answer is yes. Drew won’t watch it with me so I have to wait til he’s out of town or during marathon laundry folding sessions to watch it. Today may be the day I knock it out.

Okay, on to the outfit. So this leopard outfit got a lot of love so we’re running it back in a more wintery way with this leopard coat that I scooped up at Bevello. I was thinking about going for something a little more practical but decided that I needed to add a little more oomph to my winter wardrobe since it’s comprised of black, gray and neutral pieces. Thinking I can just throw this on over those basics to up my game. And we all know I need as much help as possible upping my game these days. If you’re in the same boat, you can get 20% off your entire purchase at Bevello with code BVEDANIELLE – love this and this for the holidays.

Speaking of basics, these black pants from Ann Taylor are the perfect work pant. They fit really well, are just the right length and come in a few colors (I picked them up in olive too). And if you head over there today, they are 40% off which makes them right around $50. Totally worth it. I’ve worn mine at least once a week for the last three weeks. You know, cause they make getting dressed super easy.

Oh and you know what else would make getting dressed super easy? Winning a $1000 Giftcard to Nordstrom. So scroll on down to the bottom and make sure you enter! It’s super easy and if you’re following me on instagram or facebook, you’ve basically already entered – you just need to confirm it!
