It’s no secret that I have a serious amount of affection for my pal and post photographer Whitney Neal. As of this morning, she’s now taken pics for the blog, my family and now my office. If I had a pet, she’d probably have already taken pet portraits. She’s awesome.
What’s even more awesome is that this summer she, along with her collaborators at the Dixie Design Collective, are kicking off a new seasonal workshop series where you’ll be able to learn from the pros.
The three-part series includes a lesson in the care, keeping and arranging of flowers from Jaclyn Journey; an instructional sewing class from Bekah Stewart ; and for the final workshop Whitney will bring it home with a hands-on lesson on the basics of film photographer as well as some tips on taking pictures with a variety of cameras (great if you’re interested in learning how to work your fab but complicated DSLR camera).
I’ve included the details on the full-series as well as the per class information below. Can’t make it to any of these classes but still interested? No worries, the group (along with Dixie Design Collective Member Natalie Officer) will be offering these seasonally with plans in the works for fall and winter sessions.
Ready to sign up? Head over here now because space is limited!
