This weekend is like the gift that keeps on giving. This super long weekend is giving me life and while we’ll be doing most of our 4th of July celebrations today, I’m sure they will roll over into tomorrow too. Since I know we’re all mostly focused on all the holiday fun, I’ll keep it short today.

I’ve already waxed poetic about these denim shorts so I’ll move on over to this striped tee. I picked it up at Marine Layer on a trip to The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington and I can’t get enough. They do a little deal where you can get 3 tees for $100 (p.s. – this is not sponsored or even affiliate linked, I just really love it), so I got two for me and one for Drew since they let you mix and match men’s and women’s tees. It’s so soft and fits really well – just breezy enough without looking maternity (although this would be great for those early months if you’re preg).

Anyways, I’m off to soak in a long pool day before fireworks tonight. Hoping to get my hands on some sparklers too since they are my favorite. I always feel like I’m nine-years-old again when waving around a sparkler. Tell me I’m not alone. Hope you’re Fourth of July is filled with lots of sun, fun and fireworks too!
