I’m counting down to a few days away from the office. This weekend I’m heading off to a lake weekend for a bachelorette party and then heading off to NYC for the IFB Conference and Lucky FABB Conference (can’t wait! more on that later). To keep it simple (and to save room in my suitcase for New York), I’m planning on bringing easy, simple pieces that easily transition from day to night, lots of reading material (for the plane, car and lakeside) and pretty playing cards for late afternoons.

Love a breezy linen sweater and polka dot bikini (the obsession continues) from Island Company paired with simple denim shorts. Both these dresses are on sale and can be dressed up or down. And i’ll throw all my lakeside gear in this happy tote from Keds.
