If you’ve been reading the past few weeks (rather than just skipping past my blabbering to the pictures… which you’ve probably already done if that’s you), you’ve heard me talking about trying to curb my spending to save up for our bathroom remodel.
I’ve stayed pretty strong, sneaking in the purchase of a seriously on sale dress but leaving behind some other pieces that were calling my name. It’s all about sticking to my budget and so far, so good. You’re probably thinking, what the what does this have to do with today’s post. Well, it explains why all of the items in this post are oldies but goodies from the back of my closet.
I’ve been trying to clean out and move around items in my closet – bringing some things in the back to the forefront to get them back into the rotation. This look includes three {seriously bright} items that have been spotted at least once before.
Oh and that big band-aid, it’s covering up a nasty leg injury I got while being a total idiot playing kickball. To clarify, not an idiot for playing kickball (love me some kickball) but for sliding (not sure that’s really an accurate description for the action) into third base when the game was basically lost. Just in case you were wondering. If you’re not, carry on.

Love the coral and neon! And good luck with the bathroom reno budget. Its SO hard not to shop but having a new bathroom will be worth it!

Ahh i love that skirt!! I have a similar lacy-like neon style from J. Crew this year, and I almost paired it with an apricot/orange based top (at least, that’s what i tried it on with in the dressing room!).
