This outfit has been getting all the reps lately. Wore it to the Louisville vs. FSU game (with a red vest in an attempt to try and be a supportive wife), wore it again to run errands and then switched out this button-down for a blue and white one for last weekend’s Kentucky game (win or lose, we still booze).
Mostly I just love that this pair of jeans stays put. Seems a little silly but the fact that I don’t have to mess with them whenever you sit down/stand-up is a blessing from above (okay I know that’s a little over dramatic). Seriously though, when it comes to getting dressed with one kid asking you the same question a million times (usually involves turning on a show) and an infant to keep up with – you stick with what works. Right now, this is it.
Oh and if you’re wondering why I look like a wet dog in the pictures below – it started raining right as I struck a pose. Yup, that’s the kind of luck I’ve got lately. No complaints here though…. just a gal in need of better timing and an umbrella!
p.s. – Big thanks to Andrew – the man behind the lens of my pal Grace’s blog, A Southern Drawl – for helping a gal out this week when I needed to snap some pics on the fly. Even bigger thanks to him for not bailing when the weather took a turn for the worst!

Love this look! I’ve been living in flannel lately too. I love the flannel shirts from Old Navy this season, if you haven’t already, definitely check them out!
