Admittedly I’ve been a little out of it the last few days – especially on social media – because we FINALLY closed on our old house yesterday. WOO HOOO!

That was the seriously good part, the less fun part was spending the weekend getting the rest of our stuff out of the house. We moved out all the stuff we wanted/needed right away and then pretended for the last few weeks that we didn’t need to get the rest out. Drew and I both work better under pressure/deadline so with the Monday closing looming, we got our shit together and cleaned the place out. The last few days have been spent sorting through the madness and getting rid of TONS of stuff. Speaking of random things we’re getting rid of, I have this awesome Pottery Barn wine cabinet that I have to sell because we don’t have a place/need for it in the new house. Anyone interested? So yeah it’s been a busy but good week – house closing yesterday PLUS The Bachelor finale (recap coming up soon), March Madness* kicking off and my birthday on Thursday. No complaints here. Well other than that I’m slowly but surely not fitting into ANYTHING in my closet. Woof. Being pregnant can be a real buzz kill when you’re trying to make it out the door looking mildly presentable.

I am loving the blush shade right now and since there are so many cute options out there for all you all not ravaging your closet every morning for something that fits, I’ve rounded up some favorites below. I picked up this cardigan on an impromptu trip to Dress & Dwell a couple weeks back. I’m thinking I need to run over there again and find some tunic/long tees and tops to last me through the spring. This combination of top + open cardigan + jeans is one of my staples for this phase. I’ve thrown this on for work with a black tee and booties too. That being said, I’m SO ready to get back in {somewhat} regular clothes. With all the new spring stuff coming out, all I want to do is fast forward through these last few weeks and jump straight into summer. Who’s with me?
