Hope everyone had a fun and relaxing 4th of July.

When my mom was in town a couple weeks ago, we went on a walk up to St. Matthews and peeked into Blush Boutique. I was on the hunt for a dress for last weekend’s wedding and I ended up leaving with a handful of easy summer dresses (which was possible with their great prices). The store is stocked with colorful dresses, fun skirts and loads of accessories. If you’re looking to try out a trend (and you get overwhelmed with the massiveness of Forever 21), Blush is a great place to find something cute without breaking the bank.

This dress was the first out of the bag and was perfect for a backyard bbq in 100+ heat. I loved the unexpected combo of polka dots and a tribal print.
