It may be fall but we definitely haven’t seen much sweater weather yet. There was a quick second of it last weekend but there’s been no sign of the crisp fall weather that we’re all patiently waiting for.

The lack of fall temps hasn’t stopped me from stocking up on some fall layers though and this Banana Republic sweater has been my most worn snag of the season. Ask the girls I work with, I wear it at least once a week. With a black skirt and t-shirt, over dark gray leggings and a black blouse or like below, with jeans and a slouchy tee. It’s been especially great for the crazy cold temperature in our office (no joke, our boss keeps it like a meat locker) where it does double duty as a blanket.

I know once the real fall makes its appearance I’ll be layering this over thin knit sweaters or a cozy sweater dress. Basically what I’m saying is that I doubt the once-a-week routine will end anytime soon.
