Right now, my blogging skills are piss poor. I mean seriously rough. If you see me out somewhere you’ll probably turn up your nose at my outfit and don’t get me started on my hair. It is desperately in need of some stylist TLC. It’s just been one of those months or so. My plan is to get back on track at some point but who knows when that point will be. Need to get my mojo back.

So instead of getting dressed up in well-put together layers and chic basics, I’ve been turning to my staples – jeans, boots and a good button down. Love them but seriously in need of branching out. Someone send me some inspiration. Until then, I’ll be cozied up in these.

Side note: It’s ELECTION DAY! GO VOTE! Just do it. It doesn’t take that long, the lines usually move quickly and it’s your civic duty. Go make some change in the world. I love it because D3 is obsessed with voting. He would go and do it every day if he could. Because he’s obsessed, I’m making a change and going this afternoon so I can pick him up and take him with me. Only gripe with voting in Kentucky these days – no more stickers! What’s the deal with that? Can’t a good citizen get a sticker? (Yes, I realize I sound like a five-year old and I don’t care.)
