I mentioned yesterday that it’s my birthday month. And since I’m a birthday diva, I put together a little imaginary birthday wishlist.

Mostly this year, I’m hoping for some new home decor stuff (and to re-do our bathroom) but there’s a couple other goodies I’d love to have for the big 2-9.

Oh and if you’re wondering why the random number of 17, it’s on account of my birthday being on the 17th. Yup, I’m a nerd.

1. I feel like a watch is always on my wish list but this gold Kate Spade number is calling my name.

2. In my quest to continue to improve my hair game, I’d love to add these dry bar tools to my kit.

3. I’m in a big candle phase right now and I love this Anthopologie mercury glass lovely.

4. I’m an aspirational baker and a cookie press has always been on my wish list. At $29, I may have to use some birthday money on this.

5. I love necklaces and the pale pink and graphic shape of this BaubleBar number is a spring must.

6. Our basement is a work in progress, but two of these all white faux deer heads would be a perfect addition.

7. Love this delicate Paloma Picasso ring. Just love.

8. Cross-body bags are the best and I love the mint color and hardware on this Rebecca Minkoff one.

9. Yup, a new bed is on my WISH LIST. It’s a big wish but I’m definitely going to start saving for this rustic wood bed from West Elm.

10. Key West is my happy place. This graphic map (you can get them in a bunch of colors for TONS of cities) makes for an interesting piece of art while reminding me of my favorite place.

11. Statement heels from ZARA. Yes please.

12. I’m in need of a new pair of bootcut, dark wash denim and I love this DL1961 pair.

13. Yup, more shoes. This time a pretty in pink pair of supergas for spring.

14. Bake to the baking. My son is obsessed with traditional measuring cups. With this Milk Jug stacking set, he can use those plastic ones as toys while I can ogle, err measure with these.

15. My wallet is a little beat up these days so this cheery blue one from Kate Spade would make a great replacement.

16. Shoes again. J.Crew flats. No explanation needed.

17. And last but certainly not least. The thing that I’m wishing for the most this birthday is for my beloved Kentucky Wildcats to make the tournament. Last year, I was wishing for a championship and this year, just hoping they make the big dance. Either way, Go Big Blue!
