Yesterday it was 80 degrees here. Here is not Florida so this is really cramping my fall style. It’s not cramping my fall shopping style though.
As soon as the clock strikes November 1 (no shopping in October), I’m hitting purchase on a new coat. I like to usher one oldie out and welcome a fresh new face (and yes, by face I mean a garment of clothing) each season and this year I’ve whittled down my options.
I keep returning to these three styles for this year’s addition: pale pink, plaid and all-weather parkas. Obviously I’m looking for something versatile (gotta wear it over all the things) and functional (nothing too tight, too weird, too bulky).
I’ve narrowed down my options and now it’s just a waiting game. The good news is that a lot of these options are crazy affordable (wanted to include this pretty from Old Navy but the image wouldn’t load. just check it out cause it is crazy cute and super affordable) and will last way past this winter.
