Kentucky Derby Style: Pink Printed

Sorry for ducking out with no dress of the day last Friday. I was in Lexington for a work event that had me running around like a crazy person. Thankfully it was for a pretty fun launch of the new Moet & Chandon Champagne – Moet Ice – which is created to be served on ice. Basically it is my new spring cocktail of choice. Find it, try it.

Shameless work plug aside, it’s back to the grind on all things Derby at work and here on the blog. Simple yet a total standout piece by Maureen’s Creations. This hat would look great with a ton of different dresses thanks to its classic color palette. I love it paired with this pink and black fit and {slight} flare from Dress & Dwell. read more

The Oaks race is made up of all fillies – girl horses – and before the big race, there is a Breast Cancer Survivors parade. It is by far, one of the coolest moments of the day with hundred of survivors waving from the track before horses take the main stage. read more
