Today’s Derby Dress is a fresh breath of spring. I’ve been on a bit of a watercolor kick lately – mostly in home accessories – and this dress had me at hello.

It’s especially great for a day at the races because of all the subtle colors, making it easy to do a colorful headpiece that incorporates as many or as few bright hues as you like. I picked it for an outdoor box because of the light weight fabric, the thick straps (will keep you from getting a sun burn and no need to constantly adjust) and the stand out colors.
