Today’s post is WAY overdue. I’ve tried to get it finished at least five times but this while server issue slowed me down. But enough with the excuses, I’m excited to finally show some of the pictures from the Kentucky Derby Festival Fashion Show at Horseshoe Casino that I attended.

The event was a lot of fun and I wish I had shown up a little earlier to really shop around at all the great booths they had outside the main event. I did finally get to meet the lovely ladies at Dress & Dwell, who I definitely need to go see sometime soon.

I took my pal Kelly as a date and we watched the show from the balcony seats which turned out to be the perfect place to take in the show. I loved all the color they presented and it definitely got me in the mood to look for the perfect Derby outfit. Thanks so much to Emily from the Kentucky Derby Festival for inviting me!
