Are You Ready for Some Shopping? Your Guide for Small Business Saturday & Cyber Monday

Nov 21, 2012

Happy Early Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays and I’m looking forward to a day spent with family & friends. In the past, I’ve been a big fan of Black Friday too. I loved it as an unofficial kick-off to Christmas, getting up early to check people off my list, get presents under the tree and be back at home by 1 pm ready to enjoy a relaxing day off. This year though, I think I’m going to sit it out. There’s nothing in particular I’m looking for and I can’t help but think it’s a little ridiculous for stores to be opening on Thanksgiving Day.

That being said, I’m all for heading out early if you’ve found something you have to have or you love getting that great early morning deal. I think I’ll be saving my shopping dollars for Small Business Saturday and for Cyber Monday. Nothing like hitting up some of my favorite local spots and then filling in the black from the comfort of my couch (oh who I am kidding, I’ll be browsing and stocking my shopping cart from my desk chair).

For both locals and out-of-town gals, I’ve compiled a list of Small Business Saturday deals and Cyber Monday discounts.

If you’re looking for a great list of Black Friday deals, head over to Penny Pincher Fashion where you can find a pretty awesome compilation.

Are you heading out to the malls/stores this weekend? What’s on your shopping list?

p.s. – if you have a deal you’d like me to include – just drop me a note at danielle@louwhatwear.com
