Yesterday was both our intern at work and my summer babysitter’s last day. Cue all the sadness. Meredith, our intern, and Lindsey, our babysitter, were like little gifts from up above sent here to help me get my life together. Now it’s back to reality and I am not mentally prepared to deal with it.
That’s the downside of back-to-school season. It’s not all new notebooks, sharpened pencils and new clothes. It’s reality slapping you in the face with responsibilities, like your kids, that you’d pawned off all summer.
But on the good side, it means football season is almost back. And shopping for game day outfits is now an appropriate way to waste time in between work projects or when I’m pretending to do “work” at home. Picking out the appropriately colored look is practically my full-time job right now. Okay not really… but maybe.
I bought this tee in the spring and it’s basically just been hanging in my closet waiting for game days. Okay that’s a lie. I’ve worn it at least 20 times this summer and by an act of God, have kept it free of stains. But since I’m super nervous that now I’ve jinxed myself and will spill ketchup on it next time I wear it,Ā I’ve been hunting for more options. So here you have it. And best part – all of these are under $20. I’m basically buying one of each.
This look just got me so excited for football season! Love the sleeves on the tee.
