Does anyone else think people are trying to push out summer? I mean, I love fall but can we just keep summer a little longer? Certainly the weather is on my side but everywhere else I look people are pushing fall. Here’s one thing I will promise you, I will not be breaking out the boots, coats and sweaters until they are, at least, imminently needed. Since we’re in July still and it’s like a million degrees outside, I’m sticking to summer. Who’s with me?

So that means lots more white jeans, all the sun dresses and as many pool days as possible.

As for the outfit, I’m loving the color on these lace-up wedges. I feel like so many of my shoes are basic black or neutral shades so it’s fun to have a little bit of color to brighten things up. They come in a really pretty red too.

p.s. – can you believe this top is Old Navy. Every time I’ve worn it, I get all kinds of questions asking where it’s from. It looks way fancier than it’s price tag reflects. And right now, it’s $17 which makes me want to grab it in white too.
