Spotted this dress today and couldn’t wait to share it. It just screams spring to me and I can’t help but love the touch of neon in the sequins. I would wear this to Derby in a heartbeat. You can have fun with a headpiece that plays off the neon or you can do a simple straw hat with a black ribbon.

Wear this anywhere that you’ll be outside but still have a spot to sit. If you’re going to be doing a lot of walking, I’d advise picking the espadrilles (love these SJP ones) but a strappy pair of heels would look equally great if you’re going to be posted up in your box.
