I’m not even going to try and lie and act like I know what The Mansion at Churchill Downs will be like. The good news is, no one has ever been before so it’s anyone’s guess.

I’m imagining it as a mix of new and old. Modern meets tradition. What does that mean? I have no idea but I think this dress sums it up. The pink floral print has the traditional feel but the contrast with the mint green skirt has a more modern feel.

I’d pair this with a bold black and white hat or fascinator and simple black shoes (the booties here may be a bit too modern for Derby). Or play with color and go all out with a pop of pink and green in your hat or shoes.

I’m also not going to lie and say this dress is affordable, because it’s not. But if you’re going to the Mansion you may be able to splurge on this pretty.
