It’s such a bratty thing to say but whenever I come home from a vacation, I feel like I need another vacation to catch back up. This week was especially long so I am looking forward to hanging out at home, maybe heading out for a work out and cross some things off my to-do list (yes, catching up on my DVR is on my to-do list).
Another thing I’ve been doing is catching up on some of my favorite blogs. I feel like the black and white trend is everywhere and it was with that in the back of my mind that this image caught my eye. Not sure why but I find something calming about this (although I think having a zebra in your house is probably not calming in the least).
Here’s a little of what I’ve been loving lately.
* I recently discovered Caitlin’s blog A Little Dash of Darling (I know, I’m late to the party) and I absolutely love her style. This black & white look (with a pop of neon) with the window check skirt had me swooning.
* Excited for Nikki’s trek back east! Looking forward to having her closer by!
* Voted for the always truly awesome Jessica from My Style Vita in the AE Challenge.
* While I was on vacation, Cathy from Poor Little It Girl was making black & white look slouchy, fun and fresh.
* Shelby’s {from Glitter and Gingham} beaded skirt is giving me closet envy.
* On a local note – tickets for Westport Village’s 3rd Annual Spring Fashion Show are on sale now. The event is March 13th and tickets are only $30 if you snag them now (or before March 6th). I’ll be there. Here’s all the details:

I love the sweatshirt! The link you have isn’t working though…do you have a direct link for it?
