Did you guys know today is called Green Monday? Yeah, me neither. If so, I might have waited to share this dress then.

It’s just one of the things stressing me out this holiday season. Thankfully, the biggest big red circle on my calendar for the month is behind us. Last Friday was D3’s birthday so we spent it all celebrating him. And by celebrating, I mean I survived a trip to the movies with nine 8-year-old boys. You have never seen energy until you’ve seen a group of boys after eating a bag of Sour Patch Kids. They should bottle it and sell it.
After surviving our trip to Raph Breaks the Internet, we went out to see my new FAVORITE cover band (yes, I have multiple cover bands I love), Rumours. Drew and I went to see them on a whim while in Asheville, became obsessed and convinced some of our friends to see them at Mercury Ballroom over the weekend. Oh and if the name didn’t clue you in, they are a Fleetwood Mac cover-band. Obviously they pair well with my Stevie Nicks obsession.
Yesterday I spent almost the entire day putting together a new dresser for our room (so.many.parts). So nothing terribly exciting… well except for the Miami Miracle. You guys, if you haven’t seen the end of the Dolphins/Patriots game yesterday, you’ve got to. I went from cursing at the tv and being pissed (while surrounded by tiny parts for this stupid dresser) to jumping around like a crazy person in two seconds flat.
Okay enough sports, on to these pants. How fun are they? They are perfect for the holidays especially if you don’t love wearing dresses. Would be great for New Year’s Eve too. Dress them up with a sparkly top or just pair wear them with a black top, like I did here, for a dinner out or house party.
