Is there anything that screams American summer more than a pair of denim cut-offs and a white tee? There’s just something effortless, chic and carefree about the simple pairing.  And all these pictures make me wish I pulled off this thrown together look as well as these girls (and my ultimate girl crush Rihanna) can.

Sometimes the best pair of cut-offs are just that, cut off from an old pair of jeans but if you’re not into a DIY project, I’ve included some fun options to help you put together the look.
