We did it. We made it to the holidays! I think we should all give ourselves a pat on the back. Make yourself a festive cocktail, cue up a holiday movie and eat all the cookies. You earned it.

I’m taking a big deep breath and thanking my lucky stars to have made it to the holidays in one piece. This year has been a tough one. A great one, one that I know I’ll look back on in a few years and be proud of but shit, it was hard. This past month has been especially tough – nothing like losing a full-time income to snap you into reality. But we’ve figured it out, made it through and for that I am super thankful. So for the next few days, I’m going to soak up some time with my favorite people – even if they are a little loud and kind of messy. But hey, they love cookies.

Hoping that you’re getting to do a little of the same. And I couldn’t even think of writing a holiday post without thank you to the moon and back for all the support over the last year. It’s meant more than you could ever imagine. All the comments, DMs, feedback, notes, likes and just stopping by here every once in a while is something that I am so incredibly thankful for. Thank you thank you thank you.

Wishing you a holiday filled with lots of rest, binge watching shows, movie dates, hot chocolate, cocktails with friends, sweatpants, family time and delicious food. Or really, just a holiday filled with whatever and whomever you love.

Couldn’t let the holidays go by without sharing our Christmas cards too. It was a true Christmas miracle getting these out the door on time. Thank the lord above for Minted. I ordered these on the 12th, had them in hand by the 16th and got most of them out the door a couple days later. Like I said, a Christmas miracle.

If you’re still thinking of ordering holiday cards – I love New Years cards and you still have time to order some and get them out the door. Or you can do a Valentine’s Card. We have a friend that did this a couple years ago. It was seriously precious and made our day. I think Reese may still have it in her room somewhere since she’s in love with their son.
