Merry Christmas Eve!
Have to start off today by saying a giant THANK YOU to all the amazing and thoughtful response to The Courier-Journal Stylemaker article. I was overwhelmed with the response and I am excited to welcome some new readers as well as thank those who’ve been hanging out for a while.
Today’s post is a look inspired by my Thanksgiving outfit. I may just have to recreate it tonight since our Christmas Eve isn’t fancy and this {elastic} skirt is comfy without being shlumpy. I’m kind of obsessed with plaid lately and I love how this one doesn’t have your standard collar & button-down look. When I wore this on Thanksgiving, I left off the tights and I must say I prefer it that way. But when chilly temperatures strike, they’re a must add.
It’s my most sincere wish that your Christmas Eve is a memorable one whether it’s filled with last-minute shopping, last-minute wrapping or just a day spent with the ones you love.
p.s. – don’t forget to enter the Shop Jami and LASH Clothing giveaways… think of it as making sure you get the gift you want for Christmas!
Top: Old Navy (only $12.50 on sale!); Skirt: J.Crew; Booties: LOFT; Clutch: Apricot Lane; Bracelet: Stella & Dot Necklace; Necklaces: J.Crew Outlet and Nordstrom Rack (both old)

Love the look, especially the pearl accessories! I’m such a sucker for anything with pearls. And I think I need to try on one of those shirts, they look nice yet comfortable.
Merry Christmas!
