Today it is snowing. On Saturday it was 55 degrees. Not sure what in the world is going on with the weather but that’s why today’s post is all short sleeves and light jackets while I’m bundled up in four layers writing this now.
To get all maternity sads on you, dressing is starting to get pretty boring and pretty annoying. I’m also dealing with the fact that my bust size has gone from pretty normal to woah nelly! in a shockingly short amount of time. So there’s that TMI for you. As you all know, sweatpants are a favorite but every day ending in Y is getting to be another variation on the same skinny pants, flowy blouse or sweater + optional blazer. There’s way too much time left in this rodeo for that to continue so I’m thinking that I need to start adding some additional pieces to the puzzle and the weather needs to get warmer. Mostly, it needs to get warmer. I know it’s too soon to start complaining so now that I’ve gotten that out, I’ll stop for another month or so.
Peplum won’t work much longer but for now it’s been a nice camouflage for the bump so I paired it with some flares and called it a day.
p.s. – before you call it a day on the blog, could you pop over to Facebook and do me a HUGE favor? I’m trying to win a trip to Vegas to cover the WWD Magic Show and need your help. Just head over here like the page, find my entry and click vote. That’s it! Thank you thank you in advance!
