Right before we welcomed in the New Year here, I had the fun pleasure of attending a engagement party for a family friend. It was a great party to celebrate a lovely couple and it doubled as the perfect way to get together with family and friends during the holidays.

I used the party as a way to try out my new purple pants. I’d been searching for months for a bright colored pants that were a little more structured than colored jeans. I’m obsessed with this pair I found on ASOS (along with a pair of bright blue ones to – perfect for UK games & on sale!). I loved the bright color of Lindsey’s dress and how she paired it with the leopard belt. You can’t tell in this picture but Meredith was rocking some patterned tights that I loved along with those wedge booties.

Mandy – Earrings: J.Crew

Mandy never wants me to take her picture for LWW but I conned her with the help of Lindsey. I loved, the always effortlessly gorgeous, Mandy’s earrings and simple but chic outfit – dark jeans, printed top and black blazer. Her crimson manicure was perfect for the holidays and I’m hoping she’ll share the color in the comments!
