People are stressing about the weather and I get it. It’s not going to be ideal but if you didn’t read this post with some of my favorite rainy Derby memories, I suggest heading over and checking it out. A little rain has never stopped me from heading to Churchill Downs and having the best day ever. So pack a jacket, run out and get a poncho and maybe reevaluate your footwear choice.

That being said, I am very happy we splurged on the covered tickets.

If you’re wondering what I’m going to be wearing, I’m sporting this number below today to the track (just throwing on a trench coat with it) and I snagged this for Derby. And yes, I’m still wearing it – rain or shine.
