Get to Work * New Office Inspiration

Admittedly, I’ve been a terrible blogger lately. Things have been crazy at work and we’ve been balancing a busy month and our new office build out. It’s been a lot to manage but being able to create our own, unique space been one of the most rewarding parts of starting our own business. Since it was basically a blank slate, we are able to make it our own and put our stamp on the space.

But like so many parts of owning your own business, it’s been complicated, expensive and included lots of delays. It’s also been a serious learning experience. Lord knows we’ve never negotiated a lease before. And while that would probably be a beneficial blog post, I probably shouldn’t be giving any advice on the subject. Instead, I’m sharing a little of the inspiration behind the project.

I figured I’ve shared some sneak peeks on Instagram, and since we’re getting close to finishing it up, here’s a look at what inspired our design. Thankfully, we didn’t go this alone. My friend Jaclyn Journey and her team have taken these Pinterest finds to create a space that, we hope, will be inviting, bright, and fresh with a mix of industrial and mid-century modern touches.

Can’t wait to share the finished product with you all!
