And just like that, Derby is over.

Another year – filled with fascinators, mint juleps, parties, events and more – in the books. Kentucky Derby 145 was a good, albeit rainy, one. But more than Derby day, the whole month leading up to it was one of my favorites yet. To be totally honest, I think I over committed a little bit. Going to the track four days last week damn near killed me (and my liver) and I’ll probably be recovering for the next month.

But man, oh man, was it fun. Kicked off the week on Tuesday with a girls day at the track and kept it rolling with Derby fun through the main event on Saturday. I won’t bore you (or do the whole humble brag routine) on every event, cause ain’t nobody got time for that when there’s more important stuff to do… like share some Derby pics from you guys! I love sharing these so much because you all KILL it with your race day ‘fits. Always so excited to see what everyone wears and of course, what their hat or fascinator looks like. I know there’s a lot of sponsored content this time of year, so it means a lot that you hang in there with me. I tried my best to share more tips, tricks and informative posts this year to answer more of your questions (swear, this is the only time of year I get more than 1 – 2 a week). It’s something I am going to try and build on next year too. My goal is always to make it easier to attend, and of course look great, the races.
