You guys, when did life get so busy. The day is almost done before I feel like I’ve even gotten started. I’m in desperate need of one of those super productive, sit at your desk all day kind of days but all I want to do is run as far away from my computer as possible and abandon all my responsibilities. Clearly, that ‘push and pull’ is why I can’t seem to get anything done. I feel like I’m living in one of those Southwest ‘Wanna Getaway?’ commercials.

This fun little off-the-shoulder number is what I want to be wearing when I run away from all those to-do’s. But I guess I’ll just settle for wearing it once the weather finally decides it’s spring. Normally, I can’t really rock the off-the-shoulder look since I feel like I’m a little too broad shouldered for it but I think I can sneak by in this one. I think since it’s cotton it has a little more of a casual feel. It will be great for summer pool days but works just as well with sneakers for everyday wear.

You guys, I seriously apologize for slacking on the Derby posts. I just need more hours in the day. Or an intern. No, but really. I’m thinking I’ve finally gotten in over my head and may need to call in reinforcements. Here’s hoping today is the day I finally get it together.
