Does anyone else get a little overwhelmed with all the sales this weekend? It’s too much to keep up with. I, for one, am a little overwhelmed just trying to put together my gift guide (it will be out on Friday). If I could ask Santa for one gift this Christmas, it would be for him to do all of my holiday shopping for me. Is that too much to ask? I mean, I sometimes wonder how these over bloggers have time to do all their holiday shopping content. I mean, obviously they are dedicating the appropriate amount of time to it. And I want to, but these kids keep asking me for dinner and snacks and to take them places, so needy. So yeah, for the Bitch Sesh listeners out there you might get this, but just as June Diane Rapheal says about like Vicki G. from RHOC, I’m doing the best I can.

Anyways, I’m gearing up for hosting Thanksgiving at our house – which is just another thing that is slightly overwhelming. There are no fancy table settings, no set menu, no exact time to eat but there will be food and family. So I guess we’ve got the most important parts covered. Oh and booze. There will be lots of booze too.

Not sure how fancy your crew gets on Thanksgiving but we like to keep it casual but like, fancy casual. Not sweat pants casual but nice jeans, a sweater and boots. So basically, this outfit. Obviously post dinner, I will be ditching the jeans for pants with an elastic waist but I like to try and keep it together for the main event.
