Oh hey Friday!
And oh hey to the blog. Dropping in here with an outfit post after what feels like forever. I did a shoot last week with Tabitha and feel like I’m finally re-energized about posting over here. We all go through ups and down, periods of time where you’re really excited about projects and then when your interest wanes a little. It’s all a balance that I’ve struggled with a lot lately. But with Derby coming soon, I know I need to get back in the swing of things. We’ll see how it goes. Thanks for sticking with me, either way.
Last week, we went to Mexico on a trip with Drew’s company and it was SO nice to see the sun again. I’d forgotten what it looked/felt like. The weather here in Louisville has been a succession of gray days. Just one rainy gray day after another for what feels like forever.
I picked up this outfit before the trip since my daily wardrobe of all black everything just wasn’t cutting it. I ended up wearing it out to dinner during the trip and loved how it was fun without being stuffy or uncomfortable. These white jeans are SO comfortable, fit so well (just the right amount of stretch) and aren’t even a tab bit see through. Plus they’re under $100 (and even less if you use code LWW25). Definitely recommend for spring… if it ever gets here.
